BBC Strictly Come Dancing: Viewers fuming about first celeb in the dance off

Strictly Come Dancing viewers are fuming after they found out who the first celebrity to go into this week’s dance off was.

Competing for places in the hit BBC dance show’s Quarter Final, it was announced that AJ and Kai were the first couple to be placed in the dance off.

Viewers of the show were furious to hear they would have to compete for a spot in next week’s show and took to Twitter to express their anger.

One fan of the hit show expressed their hope that AJ and Kai would make it through to the next round and wrote: “Do you know how invested I am in AJ & Kai?!? Not an hour goes by without thinking about them. If they aren’t in the semis & final?!!?!?! #strictly”

A second Strictly viewer clearly didn’t think television presenter AJ and her partner Kai should have to do the dance off and simply tweeted: “They don’t deserve this.”

Some viewers said they predicted AJ might appear in the bottom two after they failed to execute a lift in their dance routine on yesterday’s show.

Showing faith in the popular contestant one viewer of the show wrote on Twitter: “Well called Aj in the bottom 2 and she did kinda deserve it based on the end of her dance #Strictly tho she’s a fave of mine this series and I suspect she will still be here next week”
