woman jogger fought off an attacker in a West London park after he tried to drag her into a bush.
The victim was running through Redlees Park, in Iselworth, at around 6pm on November 8 when a man grabbed her from behind.
She fought and broke his grip before running away and reporting the incident to the police.
The woman and her family put an alert out on social media to warn other women to be careful in the park.
Her mother wrote: “My daughter was attacked in Redlees Park yesterday whilst jogging.

“A man grabbed her from behind and pulled her towards the bush. She fought him off and sprinted all the way home. Thankfully she is fine, still a bit fearful.
“The police were fantastic. They are treating it as a kidnapping and the forensic team were great.”
She revealed that her daughter had been wearing headphones and had run the same route in the park in the borough of Hounslow for three years without incident.
The mother added: “Please warn your families. I pray that they find him for her own protection as well as everyone else’s.”
The Metropolitan Police received the victim’s call at 6.48pm and are hunting the attacker.
A Met spokesperson said: “The woman is being supported by officers.
“A crime scene has been established.
“No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.”
Locals expressed their shock that at the assault in a park where they are regulars.
One wrote on Facebook: “I’m regularly in Redlees and always felt safe. I guess it’s too easy to take for granted and I’ll think twice after dark now. I hope she is ok.”
Another wrote: “Thank goodness your daughter is OK. She will be extremely shaken up; sending best wishes.”
While a third wrote: “I hope that the poor girl is OK. Redlees is such a tiny park – and there is a children’s playground backing onto lsleworth library.
“If people don’t feel safe there, where can they?”
