London police and firefighters are searching the Thames River around Greenway Park after reports a person had entered the water.
Police said Saturday afternoon they had received a call from someone concerned for a person’s welfare.
London police officers and members of the London Fire Department remained at the park Saturday evening. Emergency crews had a boat in the river at the west London park Saturday looking for the missing person.
London police say the search is ongoing and are asking the public to avoid the area.
