London property: Studio flat is whopping £1,460 a month but football fans might be convinced by the stunning view

A new set of properties have gone on the market in West London and football fans might be convinced to snap them up.

The properties are being sold by Apo Kew and the prices are quite steep, this hasn’t put off some buyers as 50 per cent of the houses have already been reserved.

Fans of the houses will have to have a fair bit of cash as studio flats in the block of flats start at £1,460 per month, with one-bedroom apartments starting at £1,700 per month.

For those who want a bit more space the prices go up further, with two-bedroom apartments starting at £2,200 per month and three-bedroom apartments starting at £3,175 per month.

The apartments tower over Brentford FC’s new community stadium just outside Kew Bridge station.

For the steep prices, Apo Kew Bridge, who are letting the apartments, will give residents and their guests chances to take full advantage of three large communal rooftop terraces with barbecues.

Apo Kew Bridge will also have direct access to a new public square which will be home to a combination of high street retailers, cafes and restaurants.

The transport links are also quite enticing as with Kew Bridge station only a five-minute walk and offering underground travel to London Waterloo in under 30 minutes.

Some of the bedrooms have a great view of the pitch at Brentford FC

Gunnersbury station is also close by and on the District line, Victoria can be reached in under 30 minutes.
