ITV Who Wants To Be A Millionaire fans in hysterics as Harry Redknapp pulls off one of worst performances in show’s history

Viewers of ITV’s Who Wants to Be A Millionaire were left astounded by Harry Redknapp as he failed to take home a single penny after failing to get an “obvious” question right.

The former football star was first up to face a round of questioning from Jeremy Clarkson but found himself stumped when asked who had played Vietnam veteran John Rambo in five action films.

His options included four action heroes, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis, but Redknapp was simply unable to answer without using a lifeline.

“I’m sure it’s Bruce Willis… 50/50? I don’t think it’s Sylvester Stylone or Arnold Schwarzenegger,” he pondered.

“I think it’s Bruce Willis but I’d hate to be wrong at this stage of proceedings.”

He decided ultimately to take the 50/50 option, which left him with Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis.

Redknapp picked his final answer, Bruce Willis, which turned out to be the wrong answer, as it was in fact Sylvester Stallone who played Rambo.

Jeremy Clarkson was left stunned by the turn of events.

“I’m struggling here to find the right words,” he said.

“I would have known that all your phone-a-friends would have known it.”

He continued: “You are leaving and I’ve never said this to any contestant who’s ever been on all the times I’ve hosted this show – in four years – with absolutely nothing at all.”
