A crash on a busy Nottingham road has led to queues for motorists – and roadworks are adding to traffic woes.
The collision was reported on London Road southbound at its junction with Queens Road at around 2.30pm on Friday, November 12.
One lane has been closed while crews work at the scene – emergency services are in attendance.
Nottingham Travelwise, the city council’s traffic monitoring site, said in a Tweet: “Road traffic collision on London Road southbound at it’s junction with Queens Road.
“Emergency services are in attendance and have closed lane one of three southbound at this time.
“This is adding to queues on London Road southbound caused by roadworks so please allow extra time or use an alternative route.”
