Sort Your Life Out viewers are in for another hour of Stacey Solomon rampaging around messy houses, boxing and tidying, chucking out and reorganising, all in the name of making a clutter-free place to live.
In today’s emotional episode Solomon will get mum Bijal, dad Darshan and their two children to move all their possessions into a warehouse, where they are encouraged to recycle, donate and sell items.
However, in a surprise appearance, the mum of four will also be joined tonight by fiance Joe Swash, father of two of her children and a former EastEnders actor.

The I’m a Celeb winner is sure to bring some giggles to the show as he turns up and offers to buy the stuff they are trying to get rid of.
Fans of Swash might not realise the actor hasn’t always had so much cash to splash, being declared bankrupt by London’s High Court after failing to pay a £20,000 tax bill.
At the time Swash’s spokesperson insisted it was a mix-up and the actor wasn’t in any financial difficulty.
According to The Daily Mail , Swash originally owed the Inland Revenue £120,000 in taxes and had paid all but £20,000 of it.
But as Swash waited to pay the last £20,000, the tax office got fed up with waiting and took his assets.
Just a year later and Swash was in the headlines again after breaking up with EastEnders co-star Kara Tointon who he dated for nearly two years.
The couple met on-set in 2005 when they were playing brother and sister Mickey Miller and Dawn Swann.
However, things turned sour in 2010 when a blazing row at a panto started to reveal cracks in their relationship.
They never quite recovered and Swash would wait until 2016 before getting with current partner Stacey Solomon.

There is one more thing that some Swash fans might not know about and it also relates to his time on EastEnders but not in a way you might expect.
In 2005 he was forced to take a three-month break from EastEnders due to Meningoencephalitis.
Aged only 23, he collapsed at his mums and was rushed to hospital, luckily only with a mild form of the virus, according to The Evening Standard.

Encephalitis is an inflammation of the brain tissue and is extremely rare, affecting four in every 100,000 people in the UK each year.
It can be fatal, but luckily Swash was ok.
