The A202 closed in Peckham earlier due to a road traffic accident.
Queens Road was closed in both directions, traffic information service Inrix said.
The incident affected a stretch of the A202 from Carlton Grove to Montpelier Road.
Inrix announced the closure just after 12.15am on Tuesday morning (November 9).
It confirmed the road had reopened by 1.20am.
People are reminded to dial 999 in an emergency. Otherwise, Met Police can be contacted on the 101 non-emergency number or via the force’s website here.
