Angry shoppers slam TK Max for selling ‘sex toy’ girls’ jacket in West London store

An angry shopper has slammed TK Max after she found a ‘sex toy’ jacket being offered for sale to young girls at a West London branch.

The jacket was a sleeveless denim jacket with the words ‘SEX TOY’ written on the back along with a smiling kitten.

According to the person who spotted it at the Ealing branch of the store, it was being marketed to juniors.

TK Max have removed it from sale since being alerted to it.

The woman who spotted it posted a picture online.

She wrote: “Why would you allow children’s clothes like this into your shops?? Have you no procedures in place to prevent this obvious grooming of girls??

“It was labelled for a Junior!! This was seen and reported to you in your Ealing branch today.”

A spokesperson for the store responded to the lady’s angry complaint, saying: “We’ve been made aware of this item and have removed it from sale in the store it was found in.

“We’re getting some further information about the product and conducting an internal investigation.”

People were outraged that such an item could be out for sale for kids.

One wrote: “How many people actually see this before it reaches the shop floor? Did nobody think that perhaps it wasn’t right?”
