Someone involved in a car crash has been left with potentially life-changing injuries after a collision in Harrow Weald last night, October 31.
They were rushed to hospital following the incident which occurred just before 9pm.
The collision involved two cars, though the driver of one of the vehicles and its passenger are believed to have fled the scene before the police and paramedics arrived at the scene.

The current condition of the victim is currently unknown, though they were taken to hospital for treatment.
A spokesperson from the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called to The Meadow Way, Harrow at 20:53hrs on Sunday, 31 October following reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.

“Officers attended with London Ambulance Service paramedics and found two cars, a black Mercedes saloon and a black Ford people carrier, which had both sustained damage following a collision believed to have taken place on the High Road.
“The driver of the Mercedes had left the scene with a person believed to be a passenger before officers arrived.
“The driver of the Ford was taken to hospital with injuries that are potentially life changing.”
