Police hunt man after ‘sex attack’ on London bus

Police have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with an alleged sexual assault that took place on a bus in South London.

The victim was travelling on the 468 bus towards Croydon at around 10.15am on August 31 and was allegedly assaulted by a man while she sat down.

Officers are hoping to speak to the man in the image, who is pictured wearing a black jacket.

Anyone who recognises the man, or who has information that could help the investigation should contact police.

A Met spokesperson urged anyone with information to contact police on 101 quoting reference CAD 2572/31AUG21.
