A man in his 40s was assaulted in Camden yesterday afternoon.
The attacked happened at the intersection between Hawley Crescent and Jamestown Road.
In a statement the Met Police said: “Police were called at approximately 15:55hrs on Saturday, 23 October following reports of a man assaulted in Camden High Street, NW1.

“London Ambulance Service also attended and the man, believed aged in his 40s, was taken to hospital for treatment; his condition is not thought to be serious.”
They added enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 3:54pm today (23 October) to reports of an incident on High Street, Camden.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene. A man was treated and taken to hospital.”
