Police have launched an urgent hunt for a 15-year-old girl who has been missing for four days.

The Met believes Sophia, 15, who is missing from Bristol, may have travelled to the Tottenham area of North London.

Avon and Somerset Police said on Twitter: “Sophia is white, 5ft 4ins, of medium build, with long brown hair and brown eyes – last seen wearing black shiny leggings, a black padded jacket and black Nike trainers.

“She currently has a burn mark on her left cheek.”

Sophia’s family believe she could be in Tottenham, or back home in Bristol in the St Paul’s or Clifton areas.

Police shared a tweet appealing for any information the public might have about Sophia earlier today (October 18), which Haringey Police re-shared.

Avon and Somerset Police wrote: “Have you seen #missing 15 year old Sophia from Bristol?

“Sophia was last seen on Friday at 12.45pm – but has been in contact with family since. We want to locate her as soon as we can.

“Full details in appeal poster below.”

The Met Police added: “ #APPEAL | Can you help our colleagues @ASPolice find #missing Sophia?”

Anyone who knows where Sophia is should call 999 quoting reference 5221241805.

Those who may have information they think could help the search for her can contact 101.
