Live updates: Oxford Street blocked after crash

Oxford Street in the West End is currently blocked due to a road traffic accident.

Traffic information service Inrix confirmed the A40 is closed in both directions.

It said the road was closed at 3.30am due to an accident at Bond Street Station.

Traffic cam video posted just after 5.15am showed police officers cordoning off the scene.

The incident is affecting traffic between Marble Arch and Oxford Circus.

Transport for London confirmed Oxford Street is closed in all directions at the junction of Davies Street.

Traffic is coping well, Inrix added.
