A man was shot and killed after authorities said he broke into a Yazoo City home.Yazoo County Coroner Ricky Shivers told the Yazoo Herald that Eddie London was pronounced dead shortly before 5 a.m. Friday at a home in the 600 block of Grand Avenue.Shivers told the publication that a husband and wife were sleeping when London walked into their bedroom. A confrontation broke out between London and the husband, which ended with a gun being fired three times, Shivers was quoted by the Yazoo Herald as saying.Yazoo City police told the newspaper that the homeowner said London appeared to be intoxicated in some way and kept saying the home was his.Neither homeowner was injured.
