Three men have been shot tonight in a triple attack in east London.
The men were found with gunshot injuries on Upton Lane in Forest Gate just before 7pm this evening.
They were rushed to hospital and their condition is currently unknown.
The A114 Upton Lane in Forest Gate is closed in both directions closed and there is queuing traffic from Grosvenor Road to Whyteville Road.
A Section 60 stop and search order has been authorised across the borough of Newham until 3pm tomorrow (Saturday October 9).
No arrests have been made at this stage.
The London Ambulance Service has released an update on the shooting.

They said: “We were called at 6:58pm tonight (October 8) to Upton Lane, E7, to reports that a number of people were injured.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene: three ambulance crews, three medics from our joint response unit, a clinical team manager, an incident response officer and an advanced paramedic.
“We also dispatched teams from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated three people at the scene and took all three to a major trauma centre.”
Police are asking for witnesses to get in touch by calling 101 quoting CAD 6941/08Oct.
A Section 60 has been authorised for the borough of Newham.
It applies until 3pm on Saturday and gives officers increased stop and search powers to help prevent further violence.
