CCF relocates West London branch – Builders Merchants Journal

CCF, the insulation and interior building products distribution arm of Travis Perkins, has relocated its West London branch to South Ruislip..

With a footprint of over 63,000 sq ft, South Ruislip is CCF’s largest branch to date and employs 24 people, selling a breadth of products from manufacturers including British Gypsum, Celotex, Isover, Knauf Insulation, Rockfon, Rockwool and Zentia.

The branch is supported by a mobile delivery fleet, able to ensure the efficient completion of orders to help customers meet project deadlines. In support of this, the Delivery Management System offers a responsive way for customers to receive updates including a two-hour time slot and a portal link showing full details of the products arriving.

Branch manager Matthew Bone,  says: “At CCF South Ruislip, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service, product range, availability and delivery of goods. Our industry professionals are on hand to provide support with on-site ordering as well as click and collect orders, each member of the team has received dedicated insulation and technical training from some of the best insulation manufacturers in the industry. So, we’re looking forward to welcoming customers to our branch and helping them to make the right choice when it comes to materials.”
