Man cycling up to victims and flashing them in Tower Hamlets

Police investigating a string of sexual assaults and indecent exposures in East London have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection to the incident.

It follows reports of a man who would cycle up to his victims, mostly around Mile End, and either expose himself or carry out a sexual assault.

On four of the seven incidents documented so far, he is reported to have masturbated.

The attacks happened over the space of a month from August 30 to September 28.

The man is known to ride a black and silver bike.

He has worn a mask while committing the offence and has been wearing a black zip hoody, grey joggers with a thick black stripe from hip to knee, potentially wearing a bike lock around his neck and a chequered baseball cap.
