The incident which was captured by a bystander happened at a BP petrol storage in Camden and appeared to indicate a gaggle of three moped drivers arguing subsequent to the petrol pumps.
The video reveals a dispute between the group with a diver wearing a white jacket and helmet could be seen tussling with one other driver.
