London crime: Police hunt for serial sex offender who ‘exposed and touched himself inappropriately’ in South London

Police looking for a serial sex offender have released CCTV footage of a man who might be able to help as part of their appeal for information.

Officers are investigating multiple sexual offences in South London that happened last month.

Police report that on the morning of Monday August 23, the perpetrator exposed and touched himself inappropriately on board a train travelling between Brixton and Orpington.

This person might have helpful information

The same man is also reported to have committed sexual offences at Sydenham Hill railway station the following morning on August 24.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information which could help their investigation.
