London’s property market is famously expensive with the highest house prices in the UK.

According to Zoopla, the average property in London will set buyers back £648,942 which is over staggering £300,000 higher than the UK’s own average.

But, if you keep your wits about you, there are still a host of properties about in the capital that won’t break the bank, including this stunning £200,000 three bedroom house in Abbey Wood.

The Greenwich property, which is being sold at auction by Mc Hugh and Co. is a bit of a fixer upper – but it’s clear there’s a lot of potential there.

The house could do with some work

The colourful property is deceptively spacious and located in the highly sought after Parkway area.

Filled with ornate features, the house has real charm typified by its cosy primary coloured walls and cute fixtures.

The bedrooms are bright and airy and all are of a good size.

It also has its own garage and a small garden at the rear.

According to the agents, the property will require some modernization though.

Their listing reads: “Situated off Federation Road, close to local shopping/travelling facilities including Abbey Wood Rail Station.

“An end of terrace house requiring modernisation with Garage and accommodation arranged on two floors.”
