London, Ont –
Members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed an erratic vehicle on Ontario Street North in Grand Bend.
Sunday at approx. 1:00 a.m. police conducted a traffic stop.
A roadside screening device was administered and the 19-year-old driver from London Ont., was arrested for impaired operation.
The individual was transported to the Grand Bend OPP detachment where they provided two samples over the legal limit.
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on September 27, 2021.
