A man has been charged with the murders of two people stabbed to death in London.
Lee Peacock, 49, has been remanded in custody over the deaths of Sharon Pickles, 45, and 59-year-old Clinton Ashmore.
The pair were found dead within hours of each other at two addresses in Westminster, London, earlier this month.
The Met said both victims died from ‘an incised wound to the neck’ and their deaths are being treated as ‘linked’.
Officers were called to Ashbridge Street at 9.30pm on August 19 after concerns were raised over the welfare of those inside the property.
They found Ms Pickles in the address and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Paramedics then asked police to attend a second property in nearby Jerome Crescent and officers found Mr Ashmore inside.
He was also pronounced dead at the scene.
