Police are investigating the death of a man who was found unresponsive on Friday (August 20) afternoon in an East London park.
The alarm was raised after the man’s body was discovered in Lloyd Park, Walthamstow, but police say he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police enquiries are ongoing into the death and a cordon remains in place in the area he was discovered.
The police have said they’re currently treating the death as unexplained.
The full statement by Waltham Forest MPS said: “Police were called this afternoon to Lloyd Park after a man’s body was discovered. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
“His death is currently being treated as unexplained.
“Enquiries are ongoing. A cordon is currently in place.”
