Residents in North London were outraged this morning after a local shared a video of thieves stealing from his front garden.
The post on a local neighbourhood app showed three people, a man and two women, strolling through the man’s gate and grabbing his packages.
The man from Islington shared the video with the question: “Anyone know these thieves?”

And other residents quickly flocked to the comments to express their outrage and share similar experiences.
One wrote: “That’s horrible. Happened to me a couple of months ago. Different person though.”
And they weren’t the only one that had had their packages stolen in the North London borough. One man wrote that he had seen the same group stealing from his own house.
“They nicked packages outside mine”, he said, “I know the one”.

Another speculated on the video, commenting: “Do report this to the Police. Looks like their bags are quite full. Maybe other neighbours were victims too?”
But one resident had another thought about the incident. They wrote: “The delivery companies should just stop leaving stuff outside on full view.
“If we all just learnt to shop in shops again we would cut off their easy pickings and make our high streets work again.”
And another woman seemed to be in agreement. She said: “These delivery companies need to tell their drivers to be more mindful. Why leave the package soo exposed?!
“Also next time ask neighbours to take your delivery?”

She wasn’t the only one to question why delivery drivers don’t hide the packages better. Another woman wrote: “Name and shame these three.
“Why did the delivery driver leave those parcel in full view for everyone to see?”
The original poster replied: “This is nothing! Sometimes they have left packages on top of the gate!”
