A BMW driver was caught by police racing his friend at 91mph on a West London bypass
A police motorcyclist caught up with the white vehicle racing on the Hayes bypass yesterday evening (August 14).
A road and transport Metropolitan Police officer clocked the driver speeding at 41mph over the 50 zone speed limit.
The police officer tweeted at just before 10pm: “The driver of this white BMW was keen to beat his friend.
“At 91mph my BMW RT was keen to make sure he and other drivers got home safely.
“He’s been told that when in eco mode you should put your foot down.”
