One man arrested after Ealing Police discover cannabis factory in Perivale

A man has been arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis after Ealing Police found and seized 115 plants in west London.

The West Area Violence Suppression Unit department of the police force shut down the operation on Monday evening and a man, who was found inside the Perivale property, was detained.

Police believe the cannabis factory helps fund organised crime groups and can lead to violence across the capital.

Ealing Police said in a statement on Twitter on Monday night: ” #WestAreaVSU team 2 today shut down a cannabis factory operating in #Perivale.
