London police are probing a stabbing in the city’s SoHo neighbourhood that sent one man to hospital with a large chest wound.

Two people were arrested after officers were called to Grey and Waterloo streets about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

A man was found on the ground with a four-inch wound on the left side of his chest, police say. He was taken to hospital and was expected to survive.

London police say all the people involved in the investigation are “uncooperative” and known to one another.

Police are urging anyone with information about the stabbing to call 519 661-5670 or send tips to londoncrimestoppers.com.
