A man and woman face charges after a vehicle was stolen from a north London home during a break-in.

Officers patrolling the area of Elizabeth Street and Queens Avenue on Sunday around 1 p.m. spotted a red four-door Mazda was had been stolen from a home on Platts Lane earlier in the day, police said.

Two people were arrested and a search of the vehicle turned up property stolen from the Platts Lane home, police said.

A man, 23, and woman, 22, are charged with possession of property obtained by crime worth more than $5,000, breaking and enterine and theft of a motor vehicle.
