It’s pretty high-end, having partnered with Moët & Chandon to serve up a selection of champagne spritzers, like Moët Ice (literally champagne on the rocks) and Moët champagne slushies.
And when you get hungry, Pergola Paddington is still in full operation downstairs, with its Instagrammable interiors and street food stalls. There, you can dig into Niji Kitchen, Filth&Co, Salt Shed and Rudie’s Jerk Shack.

The rooftop bar takes bookings as well as walk-ins. But they recommend getting down there early if you’re walking in to avoid disappointment.
