This is the first photograph of the woman charged with murdering and beheading 67-year-old Mee Kuen Chong.
Jemma Mitchell, 36, who today appeared before the Old Bailey, is seen alongside mother Hilary Collard and her 100-year-old grandmother Iris Huntley.
The snap was taken in 2016 at her grandmother’s North London nursing home home during her centenary celebrations.
Mitchell is accused of murdering Ms Chong – known as Deborah by her friends – and then travelling 250-miles from London to Devon to dump the body.
The victim was reported missing from her home in Wembley, north London, on June 11.

Her headless body was found in woodland near Salcombe on June 27.
A post-mortem examination took place at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital last week but a cause of death has not yet been ascertained.
Mitchell, appeared before Judge Mark Lucraft QC at the Old Bailey by video link from Bronzefield prison.
She spoke only to confirm her name and date of birth.
Judge Lucraft set a plea hearing for September 28 and remanded the defendant into custody.

Ms Chong had been reported missing from her home in Wembley on June 11 before her decapitated body was found 16 days later in woodland in Salcombe, Devon, on June 27
Mrs Chong was originally from Malaysia and had lived in Wembley for more than 30 years.
Her death was initially treated as unexplained with the investigation led by Devon and Cornwall Police.
Last Tuesday, inquiries by the force in south Devon and the London area led to a murder investigation being launched by the Met’s specialist crime command.
Her family has been updated about the new development and is being supported by trained officers.
