A former Eastenders star is about to face trial at an Essex court after being charged with assault and racially aggravated harassment.
Katie Jarvis, who performed Hayley Slater within the cleaning soap, appeared earlier than Basildon Crown Court at this time (Monday, May 24).
The 29-year-old, of Rainham, east London, is charged with racially aggravated harassment, widespread assault and two counts of assault by beating.
