Bam picks up £90m Camden office job | News

Bam is about to begin work this summer season on a £90m mixed-use scheme in north London aimed toward tech and life sciences companies, Building understands.

Called the St Pancras Commercial Centre, the brand new advanced shall be in-built Camden and can contain changing mild industrial items with a seven-storey office and two separate residential blocks of 5 and 6 storeys offering 32 properties.

Demolition agency John F Hunt has begun tearing down the items on the website at Pratt Street forward of Bam shifting on there in a couple of months’ time.

Designed by Caruso St John, the scheme is being developed by W Real Estate with practically half of the 260,000 sq ft of house being taken up by the office block.

Other companies engaged on the deal embody value guide Exigere, venture supervisor Blackburn & Co, companies guide NDY and buildings guide AKT II.

The scheme was given planning by Camden planners again in autumn 2019.
