Family of hero who died after jumping into Thames to save stranger say search was called off too soon

The father of a person who died saving a girl from the Thames believes rescue groups called off the search for his son too soon.

Folajimi Olubunmi-Adewole, recognized to mates as Jimi, died after bravely jumping within the Thames on April 24 after he noticed a girl within the water.

The 20-year-old was on his manner dwelling from work at superb eating restaurant The Cinnamon Club in Westminster round midnight when he and one other man entered the icy water to rescue the girl.
