Images of suspect released in south London robbery

MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ONT. —
London police are asking for public assist to determine a suspect needed in reference to a robbery early Thursday morning.

Officers responded to the Hasty Market at 99 Belmont Dr., in the world of Wharncliffe and Southdale roads round 5:20 a.m.

Police say a lady went into the comfort retailer, pulled a knife and demanded money, taking cash from the register earlier than fleeing on foot westbound.

No one was injured.

A police search of the world didn’t find the suspect.

She is described as white, about 5 ft six inches tall and 180 kilos. She was sporting black footwear, black pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, darkish blue toque and a purple bandana protecting her face.
