A South London MP has reported a letter containing death threats and homophobic abuse to the police.
Conservative MP Elliot Colburn picked up the abusive letter from his constituency workplace yesterday (Thursday, April 8).
The 28-yr-previous has been the MP for Carshalton and Wallington since 2019 and is engaged to fellow Sutton councillor Jed Dwight. Mr Colburn stated that trolling and abuse is “half and parcel” of being a politician however that doesn’t make it any extra acceptable.
