Multi-million pound East London waterfront regeneration project gets green light

Plans for a brand new mixed-use growth in East London have been given the go-ahead.

Housebuilder Weston Homes has acquired a Resolution to Grant planning permission from the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham for Weston’s proposals to regenerate the Town Quay Wharf website on Barking’s waterfront.

Located off Abbey Road and masking over 5,630 sq m, the £50m Town Quay Wharf will present 147 new one, two and three bed room flats of combined tenure and 1,000 sq m of floor flooring business house, situated in three new buildings designed round a public plaza overlooking the waterfront.
