Man charged for breaking into London school


Police say a person was arrested after being caught breaking into a school in east London.

Officers together with a police canine had been referred to as to Al-Taqwa Academy at Churchill Avenue and Dumont Street at round 12:45 a.m. Monday when an alarm was set off.

Once contained in the school, a male suspect was positioned. Police say the person resisted arrest earlier than he was lastly apprehended.

During a search, officers seized a bag stuffed with numerous objects belonging to the school, and a driver’s license that had been reported stolen.

A 36-year-old London man has been charged with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime underneath $5,000 and resisting arrest.

The accused is scheduled to look in court docket on June 23.
