New London police are investigating the dying of a 4-year-old boy after his mom claimed she damage him on Sunday.

Officers responded to a parking zone on Nautilus Drive round 6:30 a.m. after getting a report of a girl damaging a automobile with a bat. When police arrived, they mentioned they made contact with the automobile proprietor and the reported suspect had already left the scene.
