Data from the Office of National Statistics (ONS) has revealed that 41 per cent of over-80s are breaking Covid lockdown guidelines inside three weeks of receiving their first vaccine jab.
Downing Street has made a plea for the age group to stay to the principles and respect the strict lockdown measures in place.
