POLICE have been called to stories of a physique being found in the River Thames near a school right now.

Officers are looking a tow path in Walton-on-Thames, south west London.

Surrey Police, paramedics, firefighters and Surrey Search and Rescue had been called to the realm round 12:15pm and stay on the scene.

Police have requested that individuals keep away from the realm in the interim whereas the investigation continues.

A spokesperson for Surrey Police mentioned: “We are at the moment in attendance alongside the tow path on Waterside Drive in Walton-on-Thames after stories of a physique found in the river.

“Officers, together with Surrey Search and Rescue, the ambulance and fireplace service, responded to a name at round 12.15pm this afternoon and can stay on the scene for the foreseeable future.

“We ask that you simply please keep away from the realm in the interim.”

Surrey Police have been contacted for extra info on the continued incident.
