Investigation launched into death of railway worker hit by train

Tyler Byrne, 30, from Aldershot, Hampshire, was engaged on the tracks in south-west London on February 9 when he was hit by a South Western Railway practice travelling at round 76mph, the Rail Accident Investigation Department (RAIB) stated.
