Wembley stabbing: Updates on murder investigation after boy, 16, died

A youngster has died after being stabbed in Wembley.

Met Police detectives have launched a homicide investigation following the knife assault in Preston Highway.

Officers had been alerted by the London Ambulance Service (LAS) shortly after 11.30pm on Thursday, February 18 as paramedics had been treating the 16-year-old boy for stab accidents.

He was handled on the scene earlier than being taken to hospital. Regardless of the efforts of emergency companies, he died shortly earlier than 9am right now (Friday, February 19).
