Met Police bust cannabis factory in Belvedere and arrest man

A hashish manufacturing unit in Belvedere has been busted by police.

Officers stormed the tackle after which surrounded the rapid space and tracked a white male in 20s and made an arrest.

On Friday, February 19, officers from Belvedere and Thamesmead SNT attended an tackle in south east London to attempt to arrest a male for an unrelated matter.

While on the tackle in Belvedere, ‘diligent’ native residents alerted officers to a white male seen working away from the venue.

Police stormed the property ‘utilising their entry powers’ and found 73 vegetation of hashish rising within the upstairs bedrooms.

The officers then surrounded the rapid space and tracked a white male in his 20s, who was then arrested for the cultivation of hashish.

The male was then taken to a South London police station, and has now been charged with hashish cultivation.

Thamesmead East Police mentioned had been a “very lengthy shift,” and praised the “nice work concerned.”

Belvedere and Thamesmead SNT mentioned they “wished to ship out a message to anybody taking on this sort of enterprise enterprise in Thamesmead or Belvedere that WE WILL NOT tolerate this sort of exercise.”
