The London Underground Central line station that’s closed all week due to staff shortages

A London Underground Station on the Central line will be closed all week due to staff shortages.

Transport for London confirmed that people living in East London will be affected and they apologised for the inconvenience.

Tubes will no longer stop at Redbridge station between Monday, February 15 and Saturday, February 20.

Customers were asked to use stops on either side of the station and travel from Wanstead and Gants Hill.

It comes after a nightmare weekend for commuters using the station, who had to take rail replacement bus services dues to planned engineering works taking place.
