Jake Forster-Caskey is set for another scan after coming off in Charlton’s 3-2 loss to Gillingham.
The midfielder went to see a specialist at the start of last week but his hamstring was given the all clear.
Forster-Caskey only lasted 26 minutes on Saturday before he was replaced by Diallang Jaiyesimi.
“He’ll go for a scan today and we’ll see if there is anything there,” said Addicks manager Lee Bowyer. “He trained Thursday and Friday. When I spoke to him before the match he said: ‘I feel fine’. You can’t take him out because he has been playing well.
“It will be interesting to see if anything shows up with the scan.”
