The most expensive and cheapest homes sold in Hillingdon in 2020

Despite many parts of life grinding to a halt over the past year, there has still been a significant market for people looking to move home.

Flats and houses across London have continued to be bought and sold despite the pandemic.

As always the prices change depending on the size of the property, it’s location and how good a fit it is for the buyer.

In Hillingdon there were 36 homes which sold for £1 million or more in 2020, according to the data from the Land Registry.
