It’s not the first time that people have been caught driving in Gloucestershire from outside of the county.

Police gave a £200 Covid fine to one individual who had driven more than 300 miles to ‘go shopping.’

Under the current government guidelines, people are being asked to stay at home.

You are only allowed to leave the house for ‘essential reasons’, which includes shopping for basic necessities, one form of exercise a day, any medical need or travelling for work purposes.
